This month, we’re proud to launch our new Team Spotlight series by recognizing the contributions of an exceptional intern, Reginis Kelley.
A student at Georgia State University, Reginis is passionate about heritage and cultural preservation, a passion that clearly shone through in every assignment she took on as part of our social media team. During her time with the Mayor’s Office of Cultural Affairs, she brought fresh creativity, thoughtful storytelling, and a deep respect for the cultural richness of our city.
As part of our team, Reginis worked on a range of impactful projects, including content creation for two of our ongoing series during Black History Month and Women’s History Month. Her work helped us honor cultural milestones, highlight influential figures, and amplify the voices of those shaping Atlanta’s artistic legacy today. From developing graphics and captions to editing video segments, Reginis helped bring these campaigns to life with intention and heart.
In addition to her work on current content, Reginis also supported the digitization of our archives, cataloging historical materials and helping us preserve decades of arts and culture. She also contributed to everyday digital operations by scheduling posts, capturing behind-the-scenes footage, and assisting with newsletter production and campaign planning.
As her internship comes to a close, we extend our sincerest thanks to Reginis for her professionalism, curiosity, and dedication. We’re confident her bright future will be filled with purpose and creativity, and we can’t wait to see what she does next!
