The atrium floor of the Atlanta City Hall is the location for this geometric installation made of marble. At the center of the piece is a circular fountain.

Lev Timothy Mills was born in Tallahasee, Florida in 1940. He has a BA from Florida A&M University, MA and MFA from University of Wisconsin-Madison, and post graduate degree from Slade School of Fine Arts at University College-London. He is currently a professor at Spelman College.
