Visitor Birthday -Party Information

Q. How far in advance do I need to make a reservation? 
A. Reservations need to be made no less than two weeks prior to your party dates.  Reservations are taken based on availability.

Q. Is there a deposit required?
A. A non-refundable, non-transferable $100.00 deposit is due at the time of reservation.

Q. Can I see the party facility prior to making a reservation? 
A. We will be happy to show you our facility prior to your reservation.  We encourage you to notify the office manager before coming into the art center. 

Q. Who should I include in my head count?
A. Please include every child participating in the festivities, even if they are under the age of two, including the birthday child. 

Q. What about siblings and adults of my invited guests?
A. The room capacity is 25, which includes infants and everyone who will be in the party room. The party package includes 10 children and 3 adults.  Additional guests can be added for an additional cost of $10 - $12.50 per child.  
 
Q. When do I have to pay for my party?
A. Balance must be paid in full 48 hours before the party unless noted by the coordinator.

Q. Where do I check in for my party?
A. Upon arrival, please let one of the Art Center staff know you are here and for which party.  The party coordinator will escort you to your party room.

Q. Will someone be there to assist me during my party?
A. A party coordinator will be available for the one hour you have in the party room.  The host will be able to assist you with keeping track of time and serving party food.  The host will ensure your party room is set up by the time your party is scheduled to start. 

Q. If I decide to bring my own food, is there somewhere to store it?
A. There are no food storage facilities available.  We will not be able to refrigerate any items for you, so please take that into consideration if you will be bringing in ice cream.  Warmers, crock pots, and microwaves are not permitted.

Q. What items are not permitted in the art center?
A. Glass containers, alcoholic beverages, radios, music, decorations on the walls or ceilings, outside entertainment (e.g. clowns, magicians, cartoon characters) PLEASE BE ADVISED: Gifts cannot be opened in the party room or the art center due to time restraints. 

Q. What if I have paid for the party and not all my guests show up?
A. Unfortunately due to the preparation that goes into the party, you will be responsible for the entire cost of the party.  Refunds will not be issued

Q. How do I get my party supplies to and from my car?
A. You will be responsible for getting all your items from the car to the party location and back. We recommend you park your car in the front parking lot to unload your car. Once you have unloaded your items, it is highly recommended you park your car in the lot behind the building.
 
Q. Where should we park or tell our guests to park?
A. Because classes will be in session, have your guests park in the lot in the back of the building.
 
Q. What if I am not utilizing your party room, but I want to have a party?
A. Parties are not permitted in the art center unless it is at a scheduled time in one of our party rooms.  Cake, gifts, and all other party items will not be permitted in the art center. 

Q. What if I am running late or my guests arrive late?
A. Parties start promptly at your designated party time.  The room is yours only for the one hour you have reserved, because of other parties you will not be able to make up the time in the room. Please advise your guests to arrive on time.  

Q. What if we ran out of time in the party room, can we continue our party in one of your classrooms?
A. Parties are not permitted in the art center unless it is at a scheduled time in one of our party rooms.  Balloons, cake, gifts, and all other party items will not be permitted outside of the party room.

Q. What if I want to order food for the party?
A. We recommend you order from Evos, a healthy alternative for kids.  The lunch boxes cost range from $4.00-$5.00 each, a menu is provided upon request.
